To access certain features, you may need to create an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your API key secure and not share it with unauthorized parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense API data without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use automated systems to excessively burden the Service infrastructure
- Present Halal Terminal screening data as your own proprietary Shariah certification
- Misrepresent the nature of the screening data (e.g., presenting automated results as a fatwa)

API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms.

All content, design, code, methodology implementations, and data organization on this Service are the property of Halal Terminal. The underlying market and fundamentals data are derived from public regulatory filings and licensed market-data feeds, and remain subject to the rights of their original sources. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete. See our Disclaimer for additional details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halal Terminal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
